Office Manager, Jesse Rodriguez has been with the firm since 2018 and has kept the firm running smoothly ever since then.
Jesse played a key role in the recent redecoration of the office, helping shape a workspace that reflects both the firm’s professionalism and its personality — from the layout of shared spaces to the finishing touches that make the office feel welcoming to clients and staff alike.
Outside the office, Jesse is happiest outdoors, spending his free time hiking, exploring, and soaking up everything the Central Valley and Sierra Nevada foothills have to offer. That same hands-on, detail-oriented energy he brings to the trail shows up at work too, whether he’s solving a logistical challenge or picking out furniture for the new office layout.
